What’s the catch with support? Support is Next Business Day parts replacement and includes an on-site field engineer. In practice, Pure’s architecture is resilient and issues rarely require parts replacement.

Can you install it for us? Yes. Our engineers can handle design workshops, racking & stacking, FC/iSCSI zoning, ESXi integration, cutover and UAT.

How fast can we get it? Stock is limited. Once you approve the quote, we schedule delivery and (if selected) installation at the earliest slot.
